TUTORING – In 2020, as Covid changed our day to day life and business, I received an increasing volume of requests for website management tutoring. Business owners wanted to be more autonomous, to preserve jobs, and to help their employees gain valuable skills.
I stopped designing websites at this time and turned my attention to providing on-demand tutoring tailored to your need of the moment and to your unique website platform.
I can show you and your employees how to perform that one single product update or data entry that baffles you. I can create a custom cheat sheet or step-by-step guide that will assist your website management tasks for months and years to come.
I’ve worked with several website platforms, including shopping cart websites, and I’ve designed databases from scratch. As I often tell my clients, a website is nothing but a database with a stylish interface. Don’t let yours overwhelm you. All it takes is a little guidance so you can manage your own site effortlessly and let go of ongoing maintenance fees that drain your resources and leave you powerless.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT – You may prefer to have a professional website manager. For your convenience, I offer an on-demand service or long-term service. Website accuracy is one of the first aspects of your online presence to impact how your customers relate to your business. My job as your web manager is to ensure accuracy and relevance. My goal is to make this process effortless and reliable so you can trust that your website represents you impeccably at all times.

Q – Can you update my current website?
Yes. As part of my initial estimate (always free), I will determine if I am comfortable working with your current platform to redesign, update or maintain your website as needed. If there is a learning curve, I will learn at no cost to you. If I find that I cannot efficiently work with your current platform, I will gracefully suggest you find someone who is more qualified.
Q – Do You Design Shopping Cart Websites?
No. I no longer design shopping cart websites. However, I have worked with retail websites for over 20 years and have designed and managed online stores on Shopify and on custom-built platforms. I can manage, update or redesign an existing retail website, or tutor you so you can become comfortable managing it yourself.
